A Blast From the Past

While wasting time on TMP (The Miniatures Page), I found a thread about old plastic figures. The link to http://www.angelfire.com/biz/toysoldierhq/Giant.html shows a lot of the plastic figures I had when I was a child. I remember having Romans, Vikings, the ACW set (which was a quasi-wargame), and my favorite, the red and blue American Revolution set. I think some of these figures are still around in my box of old plastic figures (mostly Airfix HO stuff). Looking at the prices on the webpage, maybe I should sell some of these if the economy ever recovers. I had a lot of fun with these figures when I was a kid. Too bad today’s kids (like my son) are more interested in computer games than plastic wargame figures.
